There are no contracts for our monthly auto-renewal membership. You can cancel at any time by following the cancellation policy outlined below. 


Yes! We proudly support our military members and other heroes—including first responders, nurses, and teachers—with $10 off monthly memberships. Proof of eligibility must be submitted via email and is required annually.


This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, including referral memberships.


Guest passes are the same as day passes and are priced at $10 plus tax. Guests can purchase a day pass through our website, where they will complete a virtual waiver and check in using the GymMaster Member App.


Yes, we have a shower available in one of our two bathrooms.


We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. There are no hidden fees—no sign-up fees, no annual fees, and no cancellation fees.


No. We welcome all lifting styles, as long as you prioritize safety, respect others, and use the equipment as intended.


Membership billing occurs on the calendar day you sign up each month. We do not offer prorated (partial-month) payments. For example, if you enroll on the 12th, your membership dues will be charged on the 12th of each month thereafter. Billing does not occur on the 1st unless your sign-up date is the 1st.


You can always view your billing date in your GymMaster Member App for reference.


All membership cancellations must be submitted through the GymMaster Member App.


To avoid being charged for an additional month, you must submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled payment date (the payment date itself does not count toward the notice period).


How to submit a cancellation request:


Open the GymMaster Member App


Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner


Select Memberships


Choose Cancel


Select your desired cancellation date


The earliest available cancellation date will automatically populate, but you may select a later date if preferred


Important cancellation policies:


Cancellations are not accepted via email, text message, or phone call.


No refunds are issued for cancellations submitted after the payment has processed.


No refunds are provided for unused memberships or passes. Memberships must be formally cancelled.


Declined or failed payments do not constitute a cancellation.
